TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • It is the rider’s responsibility and a requirement of the tour to provide insurance coverage for personal protection against potential risks of the tour including coverage for personal injury, medical expenses, repatriation and loss and damage to personal property. The riders should also consider the purchase of travel cancellation insurance no later than at the time of payment of the entry fee to protect against cancellation or delay of travel plans.
  • In the unlikely event the tour operator cancels the tour before the tour begins due to acts beyond its control, such as war, terrorism, natural disaster, political instability, or other events of force, all fees paid by the rider , except for reasonable costs necessarily incurred to such date by tour operator, will be refunded and upon payment of such refund the tour operator will have no further liability to the rider.
  • The tour operator reserves the right to change route, activity, date, time and hotel details of any tour. We intend to keep all changes to a minimum. The tour operator retains the right to delay, modify or cancel any tour at any time for any reason.
  • The tour operator is not responsible for any personal expenses incurred due to changes in itineraries or tour cancellations, like airline fees or hotel reservations. We recommend confirming your trip with the tour operator before making any additional travel arrangements.

Deposit

  • A 20% deposit is required to reserve a trip and is due at time of registration and is refundable until 30 prior the tour departure date, at which point the entire registration fee is due.
  • Private tours require a $1,000 non-refundable deposit.

Payments

  • All tours fees are due 30 days prior to tour departure.
  • Payment must be received in USD via credit card, debit card, check or wire.
  • Fees received after due date are subject to a late fee of $150 and are subject to cancellation.

Cancellation

  • Any tour cancelled prior to 30 days before tour departure, a $50 fee per person is retained and the remainder of the fees are refunded.
  • For cancellations within 30 days prior to departure 50% of fees paid will be refunded.
  • Cancellations within 14 days of departure are not subject to a refund.
  • We strongly recommend protecting your investment with the appropriate travel insurance.
